For the Love of Turtleneck Dress

I have a love-hate relationship with turtlenecks. I love the ones that are loose enough that are not hugging my neck but I can't stand the ones that surround my neck only to give me the strangle feeling.

Fall/Autumn is getting closer and closer; yes according to the calendar Fall is already here, but in some parts, the sun is still shining its hot rays upon us. It's starting to cool down  a little here in NW Florida but not enough to put away my tanks and tees.
